Article opening counts
INI records daily aggregate counts of article page openings and full-text openings after access is verified. These counts contain an article ID and UTC day, but no reader, cookie, device fingerprint or session ID. They begin only after this feature is activated and help writers and editors see the available results; they do not prove completion or identify a unique reader.
Data and purposes
INI processes account identity, security records, submissions, support messages, purchases, entitlements, payout status and agreement evidence only as necessary for account operation, contracts, legal obligations and legitimate security interests.
Payments and providers
Stripe processes payment and Connected Account information under its own notices. INI does not store card details or Stripe identity documents.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only as long as required by contract, accounting, legal claims and security. You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion where applicable, portability or object, and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Consent
Optional editorial email consent is separate, initially off and may be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect necessary account, security, contractual or payment processing.
Google Analytics
With your separate, revocable consent, Google Analytics 4 (G-757F9FW0FJ) receives page views and interaction events, including page URLs and browser/device information. Google may set analytics cookies. INI uses this to understand visits and improve the site. The Google tag is blocked until you allow analytics; change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. This is separate from the cookie-free aggregate article-opening counts.
