Data and purposes
INI processes account identity, security records, submissions, support messages, purchases, entitlements, payout status and agreement evidence only as necessary for account operation, contracts, legal obligations and legitimate security interests.
Payments and providers
Stripe processes payment and Connected Account information under its own notices. INI does not store card details or Stripe identity documents.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only as long as required by contract, accounting, legal claims and security. You may request access, correction, restriction, deletion where applicable, portability or object, and complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
Consent
Optional editorial email consent is separate, initially off and may be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect necessary account, security, contractual or payment processing.
