Copyright and licence
The Writer retains copyright. The Writer grants INI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, edit, publish, archive and promote submitted work for operating and presenting INI. The licence includes the title, teaser, excerpt, feature image, attachments and promotional cards. Ownership is not transferred.
Originality and rights
The Writer warrants that the work is original or properly licensed, does not plagiarise or infringe copyright, privacy or other rights, and that all images and attachments are lawful to use. The Writer must disclose third-party material.
Editorial process
Draft, Submitted, Approved and Published are separate states. Editorial approval is not publication. INI may edit for clarity, style, safety and legal compliance, request changes, approve, publish, unpublish or archive. Permanent deletion remains limited by legal, audit and financial retention duties.
Free and Paid work
The Writer proposes Free or Paid access and an EUR price within current platform limits. INI retains final editorial and commercial approval. Existing pricing mechanics are unchanged.
Stripe and revenue share
Paid publication may require a ready Stripe Connected Account. From the amount actually available after Stripe fees, refunds, reversals and disputes, 90% is allocated to the Writer and 10% to INI. This agreement does not alter that model.
Refunds, disputes and reversals
Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, reversals and related fees may reduce or reverse the Writer share. Transfers remain pending while the Connected Account is not operational and cannot be duplicated.
Payouts and tax
Stripe controls verification and payout availability. The Writer is responsible for personal tax, registration, invoicing and reporting obligations. INI does not provide tax advice.
Termination and continuing records
Either side may end future participation. INI may suspend contractual Writer actions for breach or legal risk without deleting the account automatically. Audit, accounting and payment records remain where required.
Purchased content
Termination, unpublishing or archiving does not automatically remove valid Reader entitlements to content already purchased. Protected access may be retained as required by the purchase contract and law.
Law and disputes
Czech law governs, subject to mandatory protections. Parties should first contact a.sata@seznam.cz. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law decide unresolved disputes. Operator: Ing. Andrej Šata · Přecechtělova 2241/7, 155 00 Praha 5 – Stodůlky, Czech Republic · IČO 67270841 · a.sata@seznam.cz.
Review by Czech legal counsel is recommended before production use of the contractual and immediate digital-supply wording.
